Return, refund and replacement

You can request a return or replacement within 7 calendar days of receiving your product, in these cases:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product is damaged or defective.
• A part is missing from the package.
• The product does not match its description on our website.

Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging (box, carton, manual, etc.).
• Returns or exchanges for change of mind or because you no longer like the product are not accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and verify the returned parcel, your refund is sent within 1 to 10 working days to your original payment method (bKash or bank). Sajmohol bears all bKash and payment gateway charges on refunds, so nothing is deducted from your money.
